Shipping & Delivery
While all order ship via UPS, someone must be available at the ship-to address to sign off on the package and receive it from the UPS driver, orders are fully insured for the invoiced amount. We don’t reimburse customers for any additional amount due to any fault caused by the delivery company; we assure replacement in the same time frame was chosen on the initial order. Customers have the following choices for shipping:
- Flat Rate: 5-7 days.
- Ground: 3-5 days.
- 3-Day Select: 3 days.
- 2nd Day Air: 2 days
- Overnight: 1 day.
* weekends and holidays are not included

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
When you are asked to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. While on a secure page, such as our order and registration forms, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just “surfing."
Returns & Replacements
Customers are allowed 20 days from receiving goods to initiate a return; items must be in the same condition as received. Returns can be done online by sending an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org; the details of a return are key to process the return quickly and issue a refund without delay (please allow 10 days from the date of receiving returns till the credit shows on bank card). For accurate and simple returns please follow these steps:
a- State the order number
b- Name and address of buyer (for customer’s security).
c- State whether it is a partial return or full return (returns details).
d- Allow 24 hours to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Once you receive the RMA number, you can include item(s) in a secured box, make sure the RMA number written on outside of the box then ship it to the assigned warehouse address promptly.
Please note that:
-Bargain items can’t be returned or exchanged.
-Returns on orders with (free or discounted shipping) are subject to roll back the appropriate shipping charge and have it deducted from the refund accordingly.
-Items which are washed, altered, decorated or any such physical change to their first condition, would make it not legible for returns.
-It is customers’ responsibility to choose a safe shipping company to assure delivery on time without damage or delay
-Items used for photo shooting, displays or short-time events may not be returnable.
-All exchanges are treated as returns; while credit is being processed customers can place a new order without delay.
Any damaged item should be called in immediately to our returns dept. and we will either replace the item or call it back and ship another one. Damaged orders must be called in within 5 days from the date was received.
By logging in to your account you can see all previous orders were placed along with logos were submitted; but on top of that we give our customers the luxury of ordering a variety of items and brands at the same time without minimum quantity, from hats to pants you can get uniforms blank or with decorations (logos, names, numbers and sponsors) all in the same basket; or you can email your order to email@example.com
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments are being processed securely with encryption added to financial information, pricing for all items are subject to change without notice; at wearform.com we reserve the right to change prices up or down based on the market and particular nature of the item itself; furthermore we can delete items to the store without notice or required approval.
As for promotions, we realize that good pricing is key for customers to make the purchase decision; but promotions can be subject to manufacturers input, seasonal timing or other factors; so we reserve the right to cancel any promotion without prior notice.
By logging in to your account you can see orders history, order status for recent order which will change as the order gets processed then shipped; customers should get emails for each status update. Once the order gets shipped out then an email with tracking number will be sent to the account email.
Updating Account Information
Customers can always update account information, from phone number, billing address, shipping address to payment method etc. All can be done by logging in to the account and get info updated
