- Receive and review the product
- Return the item in its original condition
- Once received and inspected, we issue a refund minus the shipping charges

- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed
- Refunds are processed after inspection

If you need to review a fully customized product, you may order a single customized unit as a sample.
Customized samples are created specifically for your brand and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
