Important: To ensure your order is processed as a sample, please add “Sample Order” in the Add a note for your order field on the product page (above the Add to Cart button).

Blank Product Samples (Refundable)

Best for evaluating fabric, sizing, color, and overall garment quality.

If you’d like to review a product without any logo, name, or embroidery, you may order a blank sample just like a regular product.

How it works

1. Select any product and proceed without customization
2. On the product page, add “Sample Order” in the Add a note for your order field (above the Add to Cart button)
3. Complete checkout at standard pricing
4. Receive and review the product
5. Return the item in its original condition
6. Once received and inspected, we issue a refund minus the shipping charges

Notes

• No printing or embroidery on blank samples
• Items must be returned unworn and unwashed
• Refunds are processed after inspection

Customized Samples (Credited Toward Bulk Orders)

Best for evaluating logo placement, print quality, or embroidery details.

If you need to review a fully customized product, you may order a single customized unit as a sample.

Customized samples are created specifically for your brand and are non-returnable. Instead, we offer a partial sample credit when you move forward with a qualifying bulk order.

How it works

1. Place an order with your logo, name, or embroidery
2. On the product page, add “Sample Order” along with your customization instructions in the Add a note for your order field (above the Add to Cart button)
3. Complete checkout at the standard single-unit price
4. Receive and keep the customized sample
5. When you place a subsequent bulk order of $500 or more, 50% of your sample cost is credited or discounted from your final invoice

Notes

• Customized samples are non-refundable
• A 50% sample credit applies only to qualifying bulk orders of $500 or more
