Yes. We send a digital proof first. Production starts only after you approve.
What is the setup fee?
Setup covers artwork prep, digitization, logo cleanup, and proofs so decoration looks professional. For standard checkout, setup is $39.99 when your subtotal is under $299, and waived at $299+. Corporate uniform programs use a $199 setup threshold. See Corporate Accounts.
Should I choose embroidery or printing?
Embroidery is the usual choice for logos on polos and outerwear. Printing suits complex colors, gradients, or larger artwork. Ask us if you are unsure.
Can I rush an order, and do you ship outside the U.S.?
Rush options are available. We ship within the United States and its territories. Volume discounts apply automatically sitewide.
